What we do

At InBalance, services are designed to offer calm, unhurried, and evidence-based support for people experiencing hormonal changes and midlife health concerns.

Every consultation focuses on understanding the whole picture — your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and personal priorities — so that any recommendations or treatment plans are safe, appropriate, and tailored to you as an individual. You will be given clear information, honest guidance, and the opportunity to ask questions, without feeling rushed or dismissed.

All appointments are delivered online via secure video consultation, making it easier to access professional support wherever you are. Where clinically appropriate, treatment options may include lifestyle guidance, non-hormonal approaches, and prescribing in line with current clinical guidance.

Whether you are seeking clarity, reassurance, education, or ongoing support, InBalance aims to provide thoughtful, respectful care that puts you at the centre of every decision.

Consultations & Services

At InBalance, care is calm, unhurried, and tailored to you. Appointments are designed to explore the whole picture — your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and priorities — so that any plan we create is safe, appropriate, and personalised.

All consultations take place online via secure video.

Initial Hormone Health Consultation, Perimenopause/Menopause Support– £189 (60 minutes)

Your initial consultation is designed to be thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely personalised. This is not a rushed appointment — it is a comprehensive assessment of your health and wellbeing.

When you book, you will receive a set of detailed questionnaires covering:

  • Your symptoms

  • Medical history

  • Medications

  • Lifestyle factors

  • Menstrual / hormonal history (where relevant)

  • Your priorities and concerns

This allows me to build a clear picture of your health before we meet, so your consultation time can be used meaningfully.

You will then have a 60-minute one-to-one video consultation, where we explore:

  • Your symptoms and how they are affecting you

  • Your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing

  • Possible contributing factors

  • Your goals and preferences

  • Evidence-based options for support and treatment

Where clinically appropriate, we may also discuss whether blood testing could be helpful to explore potential nutrient deficiencies, hormone levels, or other underlying factors.

Please note that any blood tests are arranged separately and come at an additional cost, which will always be discussed with you in advance.

Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised written summary, which includes:

  • An overview of what we discussed

  • Key clinical considerations

  • Your agreed plan moving forward

  • Any recommended lifestyle or wellbeing strategies

  • Treatment options where relevant

This document is yours to keep and refer back to, helping you feel clear and supported beyond the appointment itself.

Follow-Up Consultation – £95 (30 minutes)

Each follow-up consultation includes:

  • A review of your symptoms and overall wellbeing

  • Discussion of any changes since your last appointment

  • Review of current treatment or management plan

  • Opportunity to ask questions and explore concerns

  • Adjustments to treatment where clinically appropriate

  • Ongoing guidance and support

If needed, we may also discuss:

  • Whether further blood testing would be helpful (at additional cost)

  • Whether referral or signposting to another specialist would support your care

  • Longer-term management planning

After your appointment, you will receive a brief written summary of any changes to your plan, so you always have clarity about next steps.

Hormone Health Education Session – £85 (45 minutes)

This session is suitable if you:

  • Want to understand your symptoms better

  • Want evidence-based information about menopause or hormone health

  • Are not yet ready to consider treatment

  • Would like support preparing to speak to your GP

No prescribing takes place in this appointment.

Prescriptions & Additional Costs

If prescribing is clinically appropriate, prescriptions are issued separately at £30 per prescription.

Medication costs are paid directly to the pharmacy and are not included in consultation fees.

  • Blood tests and anaylasis (if recommended): Charged separately and discussed in advance
